We’ve just won an exciting new contract for a Telco in the UAE, having gone head to head against a major management consultancy in a competitive procurement process. Our team have now packed their bags and headed east to help our client migrate some of their services to overseas outsourcers. We’ve got a wealth of international outsourcing expertise, so we’ll be supporting the migration and, as part of our assignment, we’ll be up-skilling their in-house management team in outsource partner management. Great place for the winter months!

Our team is just wrapping up our engagement in the Channel Islands. During the past 12 months we’ve worked closely with our client’s team across a number of different worksteams to develop and embed best practice in their contact centre. We’ve had a successful go live with their new multi-media contact centre platform, so now they’re equipped to make a step change in the way they manage their customers. We’ve all really enjoyed supporting the team on their journey of discovery and we wish them every success as they move into their new facilities and implement their new organisation.
